Stumbled on this place & what an absolute joy of a find. The restaurant was busy , we had no booking but they squeezed us in & we are glad they did. The staff couldn’t have been more amazing. Not able to sadly speak Italian they politely translated the menu .The had a mixed started which was 5 stars.A cod main dish which was 4 starsThe tiramisu 5 starsWine 5 stars.Service was just incredibleThe restaurant was authentic, cosy & we could easily have spent the entire afternoon there

Delicious classic Italian food. Picked something from the day menu and I loved it. Visited the place during lunch time, so the ambiance in the restaurant was a little bit quieter.

We were taken to this restaurant by our friends. We are so grateful. Everything was beautifully cooked, flavoursome, and very fresh. They presented dishes that were cooked in elegant but innovative ways , without being gimmicky or too fussy.The service was also wonderful.First we had a variety of antipasti, then we had a ravioloni filled with baccalla and ricotta, then gnocchi with minced rabbit and rosemary.The desserts were great too. I tried the "zuppa inglese" or trifle.I would make a special trip to go there. You won't be disappointed.

Some of the best antipasto and ravioli I’ve ever had! Very inexpensive as well. Definitely worth coming here if you are in town!
